Aptive's brand manager and I were tasked with redesigning the Aptive Service pro uniform. We developed them to create a consistent, professional brand presence across all branches while improving customer trust and recognition at the door. The initiative also focused on enhancing comfort, functionality, and clarity for employees, supporting both performance in the field and recruiting efforts. By standardizing apparel and investing in higher-quality pieces, the program drives operational efficiency, strengthens brand perception, and supports long-term scalability.
